If someone is afraid of heights, they can slowly try to find taller and taller structures to stand on. Either that, or they can only think about it. Try to push your comfort zone gradually. I could be more articulate and use alot of psychological terms, but then I would be part of the problem. Good luck and ty for making this video.
My favourite film is Leon the Professional. First of all I don´t like happy endings and this one definitely doesn´t have one. What makes it so fascinating to me? Hard to explain. Leon has everything under control at the beginning. He avoids contact to other people, has his day to day routine and he is very tough on himself in order to avoid emotions that could make him weak. By establishing the relationship to Mathilda he signs his own death warrant. And that is my primal fear, too.
I just saw "Stay", it was amazing and I definately have to watch it again some time
I like the movie Disturbia (I have only seen it once, very recently, and I have been craving to watch it again) because of how the kid is going crazy with the boredom of being housebound... such a relateable feeling...
It's not a deep movie like you were talking about, but it is a pretty good movie in my opinion, I thought it was quite enjoyable. Its like a modern update of Rear Window. Y'all have probably heard of it anyway so explanation is not really necessary.
Sorry I meant Good not HUD
Do a video about your 3 or 4 music albums you like listening to! That would be a HUD one to do!
have you seen manic? mysterious skin? or the jacket? if you have't you would like them! very good movies!
@DrKnorr Fight club was damn good. So was waking life. I'll have to check out 21 grams since Del Toro is a great actor. A couple other good ones would be..
-Fear & loathing in Las Vegas
-Revolver (Ego buster)
"Quitting" Foreign film based on a true story casting the real participants of the events. (heroin addiction and insanity)
@ClockworkSublime
Oh year ... you really know your movies, dude ...
Some others would be:
* 21 Grams ( Sean Penn, Benicio Del Toro)
* 25th Hour (Edward Norton, Barry Pepper)
* The Butterfly Effect (Ashton Kutcher)
* Fight Club (Brad Pitt,Edward Norton)
* Requiem for a Dream (Jared Leto, Jennifer Connelly)
* Ex Drummer (it's a Belgish movie but really good)
* A Hole in My Heart (it's a Swedish movie and also really good)
* Waking Life (need's no word)
* Most of the David Lynch Movies ...
@childoftheprairies
yep, i know "Memento" - and i totally agree: gorgeous movie ...
cool, I love watching movies. I kill a lot of time with movies but I've never seen "Stay". I will watch it tonight I think. Thanks for the recommendation. I really like the other movies you mentioned too. I was wondering if you ever saw "Memento". It is about a guy who can't form new memories- no short term memory, so he never knows what just happened. It's cool. I think you might like it. I am so glad you are still making videos. You ROCK, I really like your nature and enjoy listening to you.
I like deep movies overall. Something that's worth watching more than once. Taxi Driver is a classic, one of my favorites. A couple others would be "Oldboy" "American History X" "A clockwork orange" "Scarface" "Donnie Darko" "Into the wild" and "Fearless"
